This 30-Day Guarantee gives you plenty of time to check your order to be sure you received each correct item and it is in good condition. If, for any reason, the product you received was not what you ordered, or is badly damaged or defective, we will take it back and cover the cost of shipping back to us. There are a few products on our site that can only be returned if unopened, but they are limited to reusable media such as DVDs or CDs (not connected to book products). Processing and Shipping
Joyberryenterprises.com works to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on our site are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Shipping will depend on the method and speed you choose during checkout, but most orders arrive 3-5 business days if standard shipping is selected.
Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Order Status
Upon submitting an order you will receive an email from joyberryenterprises.com. In it you will find your receipt and all pertinent Customer Service info contained in that email. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email, simply contact Customer Service with your name and order and they will respond and correct the problem to fill the order.
A final email will be sent to you when your product is shipped from our warehouse including your package tracking information. You can use that number to track your package on either the FedEx or UPS websites.

Returns/Exhanges
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Joyberryenterprises.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging including all components. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will pay your return shipping costs and ship you the correct or undamaged product at no additional cost.
The only products that cannot be returned are CDs or DVDs (not accompanying books) which have already been opened. If they are unopened, they can be returned for a full exchange or refund.

Contacting Customer Service
The best method is to contact Customer Service. We monitor our email service closely and answer emails in the order we receive them. Emails are typically returned within 24 hours, and it is not unusual to receive a response within a few minutes.
As an alternative method, you can also call customer service at 877.JOY.BERRY (569-2377). Please note that our call center is open from 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday. You can leave a message and we will return it the following weekday. Just be sure to leave your phone number, email address, order number and/or question.
If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, feel free to send us a follow up from the same address. It is likely we are experiencing high volume and will get back to you shortly.
